             Cape Kidnappers

Many years ago there was a māori tribe. They were waiting for the HMS Endeavour to come           and trade with them, they traded fruit and veggies for fish. Then they found a māori man on the boat they said “we need to get him”the māori tribe said.”But how do we get him”.So they made a plan. The plan was to (when they came) give us food then we will get him and when they look we will be at the land.So then they waited until it was the next morning and waited and waited and waited then it was time. They went up and got him and paddled fast. He yelled”help help”.I am being kidnapped” then he got the gun and shot them one by one.He swam back to the boat and they sailed away. He said”that was a relief” and that's why it is called Cape Kidnappers.
