STRANDED

Floating around in the deep dark ocean. Going to a different Island to make it my home.
thunder striking all around me waves Nearly tipping my boat.No food No water no nothing.
Sharks surrounding me underneath my boat over. If i can find some wood floating in the see
i can make a spear to defend myself. I see a pack of fish swimming near me.

Biodiversity speech

Biodiversity is short for biological diversity. In Hawkes bay only have 80% of our forest left and 90% of our ocean left and we need to do something about it.  Turtles think that plastic are jellyfish and are eating it and dying. It is even killing birds.If you go diving down in the sea you can probably see some cans or plastic bags. I wonder if we stopped making plastic? What if there were paper bags instead of plastic bags. What if there was nothing that was plastic?

Our Oceans are filled with rubbish and we need to do something about it. It's a terrible thing because some of our are ika are dying. It's affecting everywhere on the street,the ocean,and even the forest. Sharks people think sharks are really dangerous but they actually aren't they just think your food. 100 million sharks are killed a year Thats a lot! We need to stop making kirihou otherwise this will get worser and worser.

There are 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic floating around in the sea

Did you know that 100 million tons of plastic gets dumped into the moana around the world.

1 million sea birds also die from plastic wow.

Collaborative Maths

     Today we did collaborative maths in groups of 4 or 5. there were 4 questions to awnser and I worked with Kingston,Max and Charlotte my favourite one was the 3rd one because  we got it wrong over and over but we never gave up.

What is green

Green is a nail polish a really light green.

Green is grass hoppers prancing around.

Green is fresh Broccoli  coming out of the ground.                  

Green is dark mint ripe out of the beneath.

Green is bright green trees soaring through the sky.

Green is dark bushes wiggling around.

Green is Frogs hopping around on lily pads

AWATEA’S TREASURE

My prediction is that His name is Awatea he also might be 10 years old and in a river by the bank with his pet parrot.

I think this because there are crayfish and ive went to a fiver before and it had crayfish.The crayfish also might be the treasure  

I also think there might be a flood.Also i think it might be a rocky river.I also think he might find some treasure in the river that he finds.Maybe he might be trying to catch crayfish.

My swimming experience term1

As I stomped into the glistening water,titan snuck up behind me like a ninja.
There are so many students in the shining liquid,i thought It was a pack of fish.Mr.
Russ Shouted”Swim to the other side without touching the ground”.

When he said that I knew it was going to be hard.Although it was
hard,i made it to the other side.After I finished doing freestyle,Mr.Russ
said”Since we've finished doing freestyle it's now time to do backstroke”.While
I was doing backstroke it was if I was laying in bed.

Before we started doing an activity,
I did some more freestyle.We done some more
freestyle because,it was exciting to do.Finally we needed
to get out.I was sad.Until max snuck up behind me.So we got dressed and we started
going back to school.
